“What is the Worst that could Happen?”

Have you ever found yourself worrying about something that hasn't even happened yet? Or maybe you've been caught up in anger or resentment over something that you can't change.

The Stoics, an ancient Greek and Roman philosophy, believed that the key to happiness is to accept what we cannot control and to focus on what we can.

This may seem counterintuitive at first. After all, how does worrying about the worst help us to be prepared?
